Board of Trustees Oversight

UNC Charlotte’s Board of Trustees is knowledgeable about the content and operation of the Compliance and Ethics Program, and exercises reasonable oversight with respect to the Program’s implementation and effectiveness.

The Vice Chancellor for the Division of Institutional Integrity and General Counsel has been assigned overall responsibility for the Compliance and Ethics Program.

The Interim Director of Ethics, Policy, and Compliance has been delegated day-to-day operational responsibility for the Compliance and Ethics Program. Pursuant to the Board of Trustees Bylaws, the Interim Director reports periodically to UNC Charlotte leadership and the UNC Charlotte Board of Trustees on the Program’s effectiveness.
